WARRANTY INFORMATION
Making you feel good about your purchase during the building process is important to us, but so is making you feel confident after you move in. That is why River Hills Custom Homes is proud to offer a comprehensive package of warranties that are handled in house in a personal face to face way. We do not push our clients off to an impersonal, minimally responsive warranty handling company.
FULL ONE YEAR
We offer a full one year warranty with 3 pre-scheduled walkthroughs. These walkthroughs occur before closing, at 30 days and a final one at the one year mark. This ensures that all of your issues have been addressed.
6 YEAR STRUCTURAL AND ENGINEERED FOUNDATIONS
Your Home will be covered for any structural construction defects for ten years after you purchase. To add to this protection all River Hills Custom Homes foundations are engineered and stamped by a licensed structural engineer and covered by at least a 1 million dollar insurance policy.
