“I contracted with River Hills Homes to build our new home on a lot I had already purchased. I had spoken to several builders, but Lee gave me the most confidence, as well as a very competitive Bid on the plans I had drawn up. After calling a few of his references, I decided to utilize them. His office staff is very friendly and helpful as well He was clear when he told me that while building, he could focus on speed, quality, or cost, and to let him know which two of those I wanted him to focus on. I had him focus on cost and quality, and he did a great job, keeping me very close to my budget and his quote, which I hear is pretty unusual with most custom builders. It did take a while, but no one else could have given us this house for that cost and that was the way I wanted it. We had some issues, but I always felt that he tried to make sure I was satisfied and that he cared. I also felt that, after talking with other people who had a custom home built, that we were blessed to use them as well. Well Done River Hills, I would use you again! Overall it was a great experience.”
