We do not push our clients off to an impersonal, minimally responsive warranty handling company. Full One Year We offer a full one year warranty with 3 pre-scheduled walkthroughs. These walkthroughs occur before closing, at 30 days and a final one at the one year mark. This ensures that all of your issues have been addressed. One Year Warranty 2 Year on All Mechanical Systems We also offer a full 2 year warranty on all mechanical systems within the home. This ensures that issues with install or defect, if any, will be fleshed out. Two Year Warranty 10 Year Structural and Engineered Foundations Your Home will be covered for any structural construction defects for ten years after you purchase. To add to this protection all River Hills Custom Homes foundations are engineered and stamped by a licensed structural engineer and covered by at least a 1 million dollar insurance policy.
